An operational waste diagnostic tool for small business owners. It surfaces the inefficiencies quietly draining time and money — the kind that don't show up in a P&L but add up fast. Built around lean methodology, specifically for SMB operators who don't have a consultant on retainer.

Background
I started in service operations at IKEA in the early 2000s, where I learned how high-volume customer-facing operations actually work — and where they break. Over the next two decades, I worked across retail, IT services, and banking, applying lean thinking to teams who were often skeptical until they saw the results.
The pattern that kept showing up: small business operations had the same wastes as enterprise ones, but no one was teaching SMB owners to see them. Big consulting firms ignored that segment. Generic productivity tools weren't built for process design. So I started building something specifically for small business owners.
HiddenDrain came out of that observation.
